FRIGE and CHARUSAT University inks MOU for collaborative research & educational exchanges
FRIGE and Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) signs memorandum of undertaking to carry out collaborative research in human genetics and educational exchange.
Last month, Dr. Jayesh Sheth (Chairman, FRIGE) and Mr. Surendra Patel (President, CHARUSAT) inked an MOU between the two esteemed institutions to explore collaborative research into the areas of human genetics, genomics of rare diseases, computation biology and educational exchanges, particularly PhD.
Students will be given modern genetic educational training which will lead to increase in accurate disbursal of genetic diagnosis, development of novel technologies and drug development and lastly, high-tech computational modalities to analyse large datasets.
